It’s good, but I’m disappointed by 2 things. First, The size S is still big for me but I guess I should have read more carefully the size charts. Second, the quality isn’t that good. I ordered a waist trainer on AliExpress from another seller a few months ago that is way better than this one. This one is not real neoprene and looks kind of cheap. Ok for the price but I mean. I got a better one for the same price so.

Задержка была на 15-20 дней (Хабаровск) Но дождалась))) На обхват талии 7.0 см брала размер XL. Довольно неплохо утягивает, на фото видно. Сначала непривычно с ним что либо делать, но зато спина всегда прямая под поясом появляется потоотделение. Думала, что будет инструкция по носке пояса, но увы Через месяц посмотрим, на сколько уменьшится талия)))
